SMS Privacy Notice

This SMS Privacy Notice explains how JustForTrack, LLC, doing business as JustForTrack ("JustForTrack," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information for the JFTMainSite check-in and event-notification text messaging program. It supplements any general privacy policy published on justfortrack.com.

Information we collect

When an authorized adult enrolls in JFTMainSite SMS notifications, we may collect:

• the adult's name, mobile telephone number, and consent records;
• event, participant, and check-in information supplied through JFTMainSite;
• notification preferences and message history;
• opt-in, opt-out, and HELP requests; and
• technical and delivery information, including timestamps and delivery status.

Only a parent, legal guardian, or other properly authorized adult should submit information about a minor or enroll a telephone number to receive notifications concerning that minor.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• provide requested participant check-in, staging, and event-status alerts;
• administer consent, notification preferences, support, and opt-out requests;
• maintain security, troubleshoot delivery, and prevent misuse; and
• comply with applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

JFTMainSite SMS notifications are informational. They are not an emergency, custody, medical, or participant-supervision service. In an emergency, contact the event organizer or appropriate emergency services directly.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only for the JFTMainSite messaging program and related support and administration.

We may disclose information to service providers that process data solely on our behalf, such as messaging, hosting, security, and technical-support providers. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us and not for their own marketing.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on event activity and the notifications selected by the user. Message and data rates may apply according to the user's wireless plan.

Choices and consent withdrawal

Enrollment is optional and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using JFTMainSite. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. An opt-out request may take a short time to process, and a final confirmation message may be sent.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the program, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Access, correction, and deletion

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when legally permitted or required, including records of SMS consent and opt-out requests.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice periodically. The revised notice will be posted at https://justfortrack.com/alerts/privacy with a new effective date.
