JustForTrack SMS Program
Athlete check-in and meet-status text alerts
Effective date: August 22, 2026
Parents, guardians, coaches, and other authorized adults can choose to receive text alerts about selected athletes and meet activity. Enrollment is optional.
How enrollment works
- A meet or team organizer sends the adult a secure link for a specific team and meet.
- The adult enters a name and an email address or mobile number.
- For SMS alerts, the adult actively selects the unchecked SMS consent checkbox shown below.
- JustForTrack sends a one-time verification code. After verification, the adult selects the athletes to follow and saves the notification choices.
- The adult may separately choose whether to receive invitations when that team attends future meets.

Messages you may receive
Messages may include participant check-in, staging and event-readiness updates, meet-status changes, related service notices, and—only when separately requested—future-meet invitations. Message frequency varies according to meet activity and the notification choices saved by the user.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using JustForTrack. Only an adult who controls the mobile number and is authorized to receive information about the selected participant should enroll.
