SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the JFTMainSite check-in and event-notification SMS program offered by JustForTrack, LLC, doing business as JustForTrack.

Program description

Users who expressly opt in may receive recurring automated text messages about participant check-in, staging, event readiness, schedule or status changes, and related service notices. Messages are informational and may be generated by event activity.

The program is not an emergency, custody, medical, or participant-supervision service. Do not rely on a text message as the sole means of confirming a participant's location, safety, or readiness. Contact the event organizer or appropriate emergency services when immediate assistance is required.

Eligibility and authorization

Enrollment is limited to adults who control the mobile number provided. A user requesting alerts concerning a minor represents that the user is the minor's parent, legal guardian, or another adult authorized to receive that information.

Consent and frequency

By voluntarily selecting the unchecked SMS consent option and providing a mobile number, the user authorizes recurring automated messages from JustForTrack. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using JFTMainSite. Message frequency varies according to event activity and selected notification preferences.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. The user's wireless carrier and plan govern all charges.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. A final confirmation message may be sent, after which no further JFTMainSite program messages will be sent unless the user enrolls again. Reply HELP for assistance, email derrick.greene@justfortrack.com, or call (571) 258-8527.

Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, coverage, device settings, network conditions, or incorrect information.

Privacy

Information is handled according to the JFTMainSite SMS Privacy Notice at https://justfortrack.com/alerts/privacy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes or termination

We may modify or discontinue the program, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating these terms at https://justfortrack.com/alerts/terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
